Relationship Care
Couples therapy
A supportive, structured space for partners to understand their patterns, communicate better, and reconnect — guided by a licensed clinician.
You don't have to be in crisis to come in.
Some couples come because something is broken. Others come to strengthen what's already good, or to get through a hard season together. Wherever you are, couples therapy gives you both a neutral, supportive place to be heard — and practical tools to bring home.
What it helps with
Common reasons couples come in
Communication
Break out of the same arguments and learn to actually hear each other.
Conflict & repair
Understand the patterns underneath conflict and how to come back together.
Trust & connection
Rebuild trust and intimacy after distance, betrayal, or drift.
Life transitions
Navigate big changes — a move, a new baby, illness, or loss — as a team.
Parenting & co-parenting
Get on the same page about raising kids, together or apart.
Postpartum strain
The early-parenthood season tests even strong relationships. You don't have to white-knuckle it.
What to expect
How couples therapy works here
You'll meet together with one of our licensed clinicians, who helps both partners feel heard and keeps sessions safe and balanced.
Early sessions focus on understanding your relationship and what you each want. From there, you work on the specific patterns and skills that will help most.
Because Greatland is a full group practice, if individual therapy or psychiatric care would help either partner, we can coordinate that under one roof.
